SIM and packaging solution aimed at reducing the cost of subscriber registration

The solution allows operators to significantly reduce the cost of subscriber registration without damaging the perceived brand quality and customer experience, according to Workz.
With the proliferation of OTT (over-thetop) service and changing consumer lifestyle, mobile network operators are facing high pressure on their voice and SMS revenues. As a result, there is an industry-wide trend to restructure, streamline and, ultimately, reduce their operational expenditure.
Workzsolution addresses this challenge and allows operators to reduce their costs without reducing the brand impact to the customer. This is achieved through a focus on three prime areas that impact costs: the product, its packaging, and the total supply chain costs.
Workz’ optimal SIM Solution was softlaunched last year. A number of large multinational mobile brands across the Middle East and Africa have already adopted the solution, according to the company. Workz also provides additional SIM services such as Z-OTA, which allows efficient over-the-air management of SIM cards in the market.
