Al-Qamar Printing & Marketing Co., Ltd. has installed a new Gallus Labelmaster 440, its third such press in three years. The move reflects the company’s ongoing expansion in the label printing segment, particularly for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries.
The Gallus Labelmaster 440 is part of Al-Qamar’s broader strategy to strengthen its production capabilities in response to increasing demand. Based in Saudi Arabia, the company focuses on providing a range of packaging and labeling services, with a specialization in pressure-sensitive labels.
According to Heidelberg, the press manufacturer, the repeat investment demonstrates confidence in the Gallus platform. While details of the configuration and production output were not disclosed, the installation further reinforces Al-Qamar’s use of narrow-web flexographic technology for high-volume label production.
A representative from Heidelberg stated the company is “grateful for the continued trust and partnership,” adding that the collaboration is aimed at enhancing print quality and production efficiency.
Al-Qamar’s previous Gallus installations were completed in recent years as part of its plan to modernize and scale its operations. The company holds several industry certifications relevant to label production for regulated sectors.
The new press is now operational, supporting Al-Qamar’s regional service offerings.
