Almarai Company has announced the signing of a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Pure Beverages Industry Company, in a transaction valued at SAR 1.040 billion.
Pure Beverages Industry Company is recognized as a key player in Saudi Arabia’s bottled water market, operating under the brands “Ival” and “Oska.” The company manages advanced production facilities that utilize modern technologies and adhere to international standards for quality and sustainability.
In a statement, Almarai said the acquisition “aligns with [its] growth strategy to expand its beverage portfolio and enhance its consumer offerings.” The company also noted that it is “confident that this acquisition will create value for its shareholders.”
The transaction will be funded through Almarai’s internal cash flows. Completion of the deal remains subject to standard contractual conditions and regulatory approvals within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
