Canpack Group appoints Fabio Hees as new chief commercial officer

 

Fabio Hees takes on the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Canpack Group.

 

September 2, 2025 – Canpack Group has appointed Fabio Hees as its new Chief Commercial Officer, effective September 2, 2025.

 

 

Hees joins the company after more than two decades with Ball Corporation, where he most recently served as Commercial Vice President, Global Accounts. In that role, he was responsible for managing international customer relationships and supporting commercial growth across markets.

 

 

Throughout his career at Ball Corporation, Hees built extensive experience in the aluminum packaging industry. His tenure included responsibility for global accounts, contributing to long-term client partnerships and commercial development.

 

 

Announcing the appointment, Canpack Group Chief Executive Officer Marius Croitoru said the new executive would bring significant industry knowledge and leadership skills to the organization. “I am delighted to welcome Fabio to the Canpack Group, as he brings with him over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in the commercial area for the beverage can industry,” said Croitoru. “Fabio’s expertise in market factors, investment strategies, and sales results, combined with his ability to connect commercial strategy with financial expectations, as well as to manage internal commercial and cross-functional teams, makes him an invaluable addition to our team.”
