
Cepack Group, part of Egypt’s HSA Group, has signed an agreement with BHS Germany to install a new corrugated cardboard production line. The move is expected to increase Cepack’s production capacity by around 70%.
The agreement was formalized between Muneer Ahmed Hayel Saeed Anam, Managing Director of HSA in Egypt, and Zeina, Managing Director of BHS Corrugated. No further details regarding the timeline or investment value of the project have been disclosed.
Cepack Group comprises three companies operating in the cardboard manufacturing sector: Cepack, Alamein Company, and High Pack. High Pack is considered one of the largest corrugated cardboard factories in the Middle East.
The addition of the new BHS production line is aimed at enhancing output across the group’s facilities, all of which are located in Egypt. The partnership marks a step toward strengthening local manufacturing capacity to meet growing demand for corrugated packaging in the region.
BHS Corrugated, based in Germany, specializes in machinery and equipment for the production of corrugated board. The collaboration highlights continued investment in Egypt’s packaging industry by international technology providers.
