Craemer Group has introduced the E3-5 Zero Virgin, a heavy-duty industrial pallet made entirely from recycled polyethylene (PE), aimed at industries seeking to reduce material waste without compromising performance. This new version of the E3-5 pallet series offers a fully recyclable, long-life load carrier built for demanding logistics operations — including those in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), where high-load and high-temperature conditions often challenge packaging durability.
Measuring 1200 x 1000 x 160 mm and featuring a 5-runner design, the pallet is injection-moulded in one piece and reinforced with six metal profiles. It can support up to 1,400 kg in high racking systems. Its solid construction and high wall thickness make it shock-resistant and stable, suited for both automated and manual handling environments.
While the standard E3-5 models can be fitted with anti-slip elements, the Zero Virgin version is streamlined for applications where such features are not essential — offering cost efficiency and reduced material use without sacrificing core performance.
Craemer emphasizes that the recycled material used in the Zero Virgin model is processed in-house using discarded plastic products, refined through the company’s own extrusion systems. This approach ensures consistent material quality and keeps resources in a closed-loop cycle.
“For companies that value sustainability and recycling, the Zero Virgin version is essential due to its infinite life cycle,” said a Craemer representative. “It is an integral part of the production cycle and a reliable solution across industries.”
The Craemer Group also noted its ongoing efforts to lower its environmental footprint by operating on green electricity and preparing to transition to self-generated power from wind and solar energy.
The E3-5 Zero Virgin is positioned as a universal pallet solution for sectors across MEA — from food and beverage to industrial goods — particularly where environmental performance is now a strategic business priority.
