FIX Dessert Chocolatier has announced its Ramadan collection, introducing a new white chocolate version of its knafeh-inspired bar alongside the return of two seasonal flavours. The collection will be available exclusively on Careem from 18 February.
The new product, “Can’t Get Knafeh Of It,” expands on the brand’s existing knafeh bar by offering a white chocolate variant. Previously available in a Mini format, the flavour is now being launched as a full-sized bar.
Returning for the Ramadan season are “Mahalabi Or Not To Be” and “Rahash Hour.” The Mahalabi flavour combines mahalabia with crispy rice puffs and almond brittle in milk chocolate, while Rahash Hour features sesame halawa with pistachio brittle.
In addition, FIX has introduced a limited-edition Ramadan design for its Minis Box. The box is available in formats of 10 or 20 pieces and includes five different Mini flavours.
The seasonal collection forms part of the company’s Ramadan offering for 2026, with distribution handled exclusively through the Careem platform in the United Arab Emirates.
