GAMA Group has expanded its range of products and accessories for flexographic printing, adding new systems aimed at improving efficiency, process control and pressroom organisation.

The extended portfolio includes plate washers and anilox washers, branded plate mounters, and storage systems for sleeves and plates, available in manual and automatic versions. According to the company, the accessories are designed to support safer, more structured pressroom operations, reduce waste and simplify consumables management. The engineering focus is on minimising downtime and enabling operators to address critical production stages more quickly.

On the process side, GAMA has introduced advanced solutions for monitoring and managing printing fluids. Among them is ACSone – Antifoam Control System, developed to monitor and control foam formation in corrugated board printing with water-based inks. Through automatic dosing of antifoaming agents, the system is intended to prevent print defects, reduce waste and maintain production stability.

The company also offers an independent system for automatic ink level and consumption control. Designed to maintain constant fluid levels, manage setpoint alarms and integrate with automatic refill systems, the solution aims to optimise ink usage, reduce operator intervention and lower related costs.

“With this expansion, we provide printers with concrete, easily integrable solutions capable of delivering a rapid return on investment,” said Federico Paulli, Sales Director of GAMA Group. “The new solutions represent a significant step toward higher productivity, stricter process control, and consistent flexographic print quality, supporting operators in their daily activities and reducing machine downtime.”

GAMA reports more than 20,000 installed systems worldwide across packaging, labels, newspaper and commercial printing segments, in addition to OEM supply to machine manufacturers.
