Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 sees double-digit growth amid rising MENA investment and supply chain shifts

Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 brings global food manufacturing leaders to Dubai for its largest edition yet.

Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 is set to open its doors from 4–6 November at the Dubai World Trade Centre, marking its largest edition to date with a 32% growth in scale from the previous year. The event reflects increasing global interest in the Middle East as a hub for food production, investment, and technological innovation.

This year’s exhibition will feature 2,500 companies from 79 countries across 21 halls. Major participants include Cargill, GEA Middle East, Givaudan Suisse SA, Novonesis, and Tetra Pak, representing the full spectrum of the food manufacturing value chain. The UAE’s strategic location, logistics infrastructure, and pro-industry policies are contributing to the region’s growing role in global food supply chains.

Mark Napier, Vice President, Exhibitions Department at Dubai World Trade Centre, said: “Dubai stands at the perfect inflection point for global industrial transformation. Under Operation 300bn and the UAE leading AI adoption in manufacturing, the nation is powering a new wave of advanced, intelligent production.”

The 11th edition of the event will showcase developments in ingredients, processing, packaging, and automation. Leading food tech companies such as Heat & Control, Husky, Ishida, Sidel, and Krones will display new technologies including AI-enabled systems and modular packaging equipment.

Sean Sims, Global Vice President, Automation and Solutions at Tetra Pak, added: “Gulfood Manufacturing is a cornerstone event for us — it’s where we connect with the industry’s most forward-thinking partners.”

The FoodTech Summit, held alongside the exhibition, will feature speakers from Mars, Unilever, Hive Capital and others, with sessions focusing on cold chain solutions, alternative proteins, and AI-driven production models. The summit aims to provide strategic insight into the future of industrial food systems.
