Hotpack Global has expanded its manufacturing capabilities in 2024 by installing advanced machinery from Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) at its newly established facility, further strengthening the long-standing partnership between the two companies.

The latest investment includes the MIRAFLEX II flexographic press, the HELIOSTAR II gravure press, and the OPTIMEX II blown film line—all engineered for high-speed, high-precision packaging production. These additions are part of Hotpack’s strategy to enhance operational efficiency and scale up high-volume production to meet global demand.
The MIRAFLEX II, equipped with an 8-color configuration and a printing width of up to 1270 mm, runs at speeds of up to 500 meters per minute. W&H’s EASY modules allow for quick changeovers and reduced setup time. The HELIOSTAR II, also running at 500 m/min, is particularly suited for printing on sustainable materials such as MDO-PE. Both presses feature register and print quality control systems designed for complex applications.
Hotpack’s OPTIMEX II extrusion line adds further capability with a film width of 2600 mm and an output of up to 800 kg/hour. W&H’s RUBY Go digital monitoring system is integrated across the machines, allowing real-time tracking to improve productivity and minimize waste.
“Working with Windmöller & Hölscher has been a great experience for us,” said Abdul Jebbar of Hotpack Global. “Their machines have helped us improve our production and deliver better packaging solutions.”
Karan Sud, Senior Regional Sales Manager at W&H, added, “It is an honor to support Hotpack. Customers like them keep us motivated to deliver our best.”
