L’Oréal Middle East and BinSina Pharmacy have signed an agreement to collaborate on a long-term initiative focused on sustainable beauty, responsible consumption, and public awareness.

The partnership supports the UAE’s broader environmental goals, including waste reduction and the shift toward a circular economy. The initiative will introduce refillable products at more BinSina locations, provide training for staff on sustainability, and promote community awareness around health and environmental issues.

“Our collaboration with BinSina Pharmacy underscores the importance of collective action in advancing sustainability,” said Sanaa Bougazzoul, General Manager at L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty. “Promoting refills, educating consumers, and empowering advisors are steps toward reducing environmental impact while encouraging broader industry participation.”

Under the agreement, L’Oréal Middle East will expand its refillable product lines at BinSina stores. In addition, both companies will work to reduce product waste through in-store programs and forecasting. Beauty advisors will receive training to help inform customers about environmentally responsible choices.

The partnership will also support the “Fight with Care” campaign by L’Oréal’s La Roche-Posay, focused on health awareness and inclusive beauty. Joint efforts will include public events and educational content aimed at encouraging sustainable habits.

“At BinSina Pharmacy, we believe caring for health extends to the communities we serve and the planet we live on,” said Dr. Doaa Marouf, CEO of BinSina Pharmacy. “This partnership gives our teams and customers a way to act responsibly while making sustainable choices more accessible.”

The collaboration highlights how joint efforts between companies can play a role in reducing environmental impact while encouraging customers to adopt practical changes in their daily routines.
