Prati, together with Printech Middle East, will showcase a wide range of finishing and control technologies at Labelexpo Europe 2025. The two companies will present solutions for labels, flexible packaging and cartons, with demonstrations running throughout the exhibition.
Visitors to the stand will be hosted by Jay Chawda, Printech Middle East Representative, who will guide them through the different technologies on display. The collaboration reflects Printech’s role in bringing Prati’s machinery to the regional market, supporting both established and emerging packaging businesses.
Among the highlights is the DIGIFAST20000, configured for digitally printed jobs up to 760 mm wide and materials from 12 to 450 microns. It supports flexible packaging, sleeves, cartons and labels, offering finishing processes such as protective coatings and digital embellishment.
The DIGIFASTone converting line will also be presented, configured for the wine and spirits sector. Capable of handling a wide variety of substrates, it will be shown in 330 mm web width with UV varnishing, hot foil stamping, digital screen printing, die-cutting and rewinding.
Other equipment includes the JUPITER Wide Modular Control Table, running at speeds up to 400 m/min with inspection and semi-rotary die-cutting; the DIGICOMPACT for multiple finishing configurations; and the SATURN platform for modular label inspection. The new SATURN Next will demonstrate automated quality control and defect rejection, while the SATURN Bidi will focus on pharmaceutical, cosmetic and security applications.
Finally, the VEGA+ and STAR+ offline label production lines for logistics and retail will be displayed in 450 mm width on a platform compliant with EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230.
