Express Pack Print, a subsidiary of Takamul Industries, has installed a flatbed die-cutting machine from Eterna, part of the Bobst Group, to strengthen its production capabilities in folding box board packaging.
The new machinery is expected to enhance output, reduce setup times, and improve die-cutting accuracy, supporting growing demand from B2B customers across the UAE and wider GCC region. This installation marks a key development in Takamul Industries’ strategy to modernize and upgrade its manufacturing assets across business units.
The move is part of a broader initiative by the group to improve operational efficiency and respond to evolving market requirements through investment in advanced technologies.
“Our investment in the new flatbed die-cutting machine reflects our dedication to continuous improvement and providing our clients with the most advanced packaging solutions,” said Maroun El Khoury, General Manager at Express Pack Print. “This aligns with our group-wide objective to strengthen production capabilities, embrace modern technology, and maintain a leadership position in the packaging industry.”
The Eterna machine brings several operational benefits, notably in increasing production capacity for folding box board, improving cutting precision, and reducing turnaround times. These upgrades are seen as essential for maintaining service quality and meeting tighter deadlines for B2B orders.
Takamul Industries continues to prioritize manufacturing upgrades as part of its regional growth strategy, aiming to align technical capacity with market demand. The company remains focused on expanding its footprint within the regional packaging sector by integrating modern machinery and process improvements into its production lines.
