Takamul Industries has unified the brand identity of its five packaging companies in a move aimed at improving operational efficiency and consistency across its packaging portfolio in the GCC. The rebranding includes Al Jawad Plastic and Flexible Packaging Factory, Al Jawad Carton and Packaging Factory, Express Pack Print, Express Flexi Pack, and Gulf Packaging Industry.
The integration brings together capabilities across flexible packaging, folding cartons, and corrugated solutions under the Takamul Industries name. This consolidation is expected to strengthen the group’s position in the regional packaging market, supporting faster turnarounds and standardized quality across product categories.
The shift aligns with growing demand for integrated packaging solutions from sectors including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, retail, and industrial manufacturing.
“This unification is a key step in Takamul Industries’ ongoing strategy to build one cohesive organization, driven by integrated ERP systems, unified quality standards, and streamlined operations, processes, and procedures across all entities,” said Mr. John Abi Najm, CEO of Takamul Industries.
Headquartered in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the group is leveraging advanced manufacturing facilities and decades of industry experience to provide scalable packaging solutions. The rebranding allows for better resource coordination across business lines and improved responsiveness to customer requirements.
The company says this unified approach supports its broader strategy to adopt environmentally responsible practices and invest in technology, aligning with global standards in packaging production.
By consolidating its identity, Takamul Industries aims to simplify its market presence and create a more cohesive offering across its packaging businesses, positioning itself to meet evolving client expectations in the region and beyond.
