Vinsak Group has announced a strategic realignment of its operations, with a sharpened focus on strengthening in-house manufacturing and consolidating its branded product offerings. The move comes as the company seeks to align more closely with the evolving requirements of packaging and print converters globally.

To support this direction, Vinsak is expanding production capacity at its engineering and assembly facility in Mumbai, India, as well as at the Rotatek site in Barcelona, Spain. The additional manufacturing infrastructure is part of a broader investment plan to enhance product development, reduce delivery times, and support the rollout of new technologies across label, packaging, and finishing applications.

“Our focus moving forward is to deliver solutions shaped directly by the voice of our customers,” said Ranesh Bajaj, Director, Vinsak Group. “Strengthening our in-house manufacturing capabilities allows us to innovate faster, offer more tailored technology, and deliver greater value to the industry.”

Vinsak is also investing in research and development, with new machinery under design to address short-run packaging, automation, sustainability, and digital integration. The company stated that this approach will help converters maintain competitiveness in a changing global landscape.

The realignment is expected to improve after-sales service, reduce lead times for spare parts, and provide more consistent support for Vinsak-branded solutions.

“This shift positions us to serve our customers with even greater focus, agility, and efficiency,” said Mohan Pailwan, Vice President – Vinsak India.

In regional updates, Malkhan Ram, GM of Vinsak Middle East, pointed to increasing demand in Middle Eastern and African markets for competitive and scalable solutions. Meanwhile, Zoltan Klemen, Area Sales Manager based in Barcelona, highlighted strong demand in Europe, the UK, and the Americas for turnkey systems in applications such as labels, shrink sleeves, and pharma leaflets.
