Italy Amut will be demonstrating live the operation of ACS 2000 cast line for stretch film.
The upgraded technology includes T-Die Essentia (AMUT branded) with die splitter, movable vacuum box for cleaning without dismantling, jumbo type chill roll unit 1500+450 mm diameter, and the Prowind 4.0 super-fast winder without any hydraulic components.
It will also showcase the friction washer. This patented machine performs intense PET/HDPE/LDPE washing and pollutants removal action.
Apart from this Amut will also highlight the first plant in the world for the recovery of food packaging waste. The ACF820 thermoforming machine will be in operation with 100% r-PET foil produced with Amut/Erema line. The demo will be with metallised foil in Glue Less technology.
