The Coca-Cola Company has launched a new global visual identity system, bringing a fresh, dynamic and scalable look to its packaging and other consumer touchpoints while retaining the core brand assets that have defined Coca-Cola for generations.
Announced on 20 July 2026, the visual refresh is built around the strategic principle of making every Coca-Cola execution look and feel unmistakably Coca-Cola. The company says the new system signals a move towards greater brand consistency and standout across more than 200 markets.
The new look is rolling out across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Packaging forms a prominent part of the new identity. The system amplifies Coca-Cola’s core visual assets, including its bold red-and-white palette, the Dynamic Ribbon, Arden Square and Spencerian script. These elements will become more prominent across packaging, as well as retail environments, equipment and digital experiences.
“Coca-Cola is one of the most recognized brands in the world, and with that comes a responsibility to keep evolving,” said Arnab Roy, President, Coca-Cola Global Category. “This refresh is about being clearer and more consistent in how we show up, wherever people experience our brand. By building on the things people already know and love, we’re creating a stronger foundation for growth while staying unmistakably Coca-Cola.”
Zero Sugar gains distinct packaging cues
The Coca-Cola Zero Sugar design is also evolving, drawing from the heritage of the Coca-Cola master brand while retaining its own distinctive visual cues.
On-pack changes include larger ‘Zero Sugar’ text, a prominent black Dynamic Ribbon on cans and a black bottle cap on PET packaging, providing clear visual differentiation within the wider Coca-Cola portfolio.
Rapha Abreu, Global Vice President of Design at The Coca-Cola Company, added: “For over a century, Coca-Cola has been a global symbol of optimism and authenticity. Now, with one seamless visual identity, we can deliver one recognizable brand experience to consumers.”
To support implementation at scale, Coca-Cola has introduced a new immersive Brand Center, alongside technology-powered Design Intelligence tools. Developed for the company’s internal design and marketing teams and its wider agency network, the tools are intended to support design governance, craft and consistency as the new identity is deployed across packaging and other brand applications worldwide.
