GAMA Group has expanded its portfolio of products and accessories for the flexographic printing sector, adding new equipment and systems aimed at supporting production operations in printing facilities.
The expanded range of professional accessories includes plate washers and anilox washers, branded plate mounters, and storage systems for sleeves and plates. These systems are available in both manual and automatic versions. The equipment is intended to support pressroom organization, operational safety and consumables management, while addressing critical stages of production.
In addition to pressroom accessories, the company has introduced new systems for monitoring and managing printing fluids. Among them is ACSone – Antifoam Control System, developed to monitor and control foam formation in corrugated board printing processes using water-based inks. The system automatically doses antifoaming agents to help prevent print defects and reduce waste during production.
GAMA Group also offers an independent system for the automatic control of ink level and consumption. The system is designed to maintain a constant fluid level, manage setpoint alarms and integrate with automatic refill systems. According to the company, the solution supports ink consumption management and reduces manual intervention on the printing line.
