Landa unveils Next-Gen S11 and S11P Nanographic Printing Presses at pre-drupa event

The New Landa S11

Landa Digital Printing has introduced the latest iteration of its B1 digital print technology, the Landa S11 and S11P Nanographic Printing Presses. These new models offer enhanced production versatility with a print speed of 11,200 sheets per hour (SPH), significantly improving print economics and catering to high print volumes.

The new presses, commercially available at Drupa 2024, feature a new high-speed module that leverages artificial intelligence technology for precise and high-fidelity printing. The PrintAI module enhances print quality, making it suitable for demanding applications like folding cartons and commercial print requiring micro text and brand protection features. This advancement opens up new profit-generating opportunities for businesses.

Gil Oron, CEO of Landa Digital Printing, expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “The new Landa models enable printers and packaging converters to not only increase print quality but also elevate productivity and profitability while further reducing job turnaround times.” He highlighted the success of their current models and emphasized the company’s commitment to advancing Nanography to meet the industry’s evolving needs.

The new Landa S11 and S11P models include a new ink drying system that facilitates the transfer of dry ink from the blanket to the media at the higher speed of 11,200 SPH. This enhancement unlocks additional productivity and economic benefits for printers and converters seeking to handle more jobs with shorter deadlines.

Oron concluded by highlighting the significant benefits the new Landa modules provide to customers, emphasizing that the B1 digital print revolution is underway. Landa presses are helping print houses and converters meet industry challenges while seizing new opportunities.
