US-headquartered Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has announced the installation of two BOBST MASTER M6 inline flexo presses to strengthen its operations across the EMEA region. The move is part of MCC’s long-term production strategy aimed at increasing capacity and operational efficiency.

The BOBST MASTER M6 presses are designed for fast job changeovers and high uptime, with automation features such as DigiFlexo technology, oneECG color process, and digitalized workflows. According to MCC, the presses can reduce setup waste by up to 65% and improve production output by as much as 67%, compared to traditional flexo technology.

“Investing in two BOBST MASTER M6 inline flexo presses is a strategic step in MCC’s long-term growth plan. Our decision reflects a clear commitment to strengthening our production capabilities and meeting the evolving needs of our customers across the EMEA region. BOBST has been a trusted partner for many years, and their consistent innovation, technical expertise, and responsive service make this choice a natural extension of our existing relationship,” said Chris Gannon, Vice President of Operations, EMENA, MCC.

The MASTER M6 is capable of handling various materials, including both film and paper, while maintaining consistent print quality across different substrates. Its automated pressure and register settings are designed to reduce manual intervention and support repeatable, high-quality output.

“By combining MCC’s deep expertise with BOBST’s advanced equipment, we are positioning ourselves to provide greater value to our customers and drive measurable performance improvements across our EMEA operations,” Gannon added.

The investment further strengthens the collaboration between MCC and BOBST, with both companies focused on enhancing production efficiency and supporting evolving customer needs in the label and packaging sector.
