Ranpak has announced the release of the FillPak Mini, which it describes as the smallest electric gap-filling cushioning machine currently available. Targeted at e-commerce warehouses and fulfillment centers, the unit is intended to improve space efficiency and packing operations.
The FillPak Mini is designed to fit easily on narrow packing tables or be placed in adjacent racks. It weighs 10.4 kg and measures 30.9 cm wide, 28.4 cm deep, and 21.0 cm high. Its compact form allows for installation in areas where traditional equipment may not fit, addressing space constraints often faced by warehouse operations.
Despite its small size, the FillPak Mini includes multiple operation modes—fixed length, batch, auto, and foot pedal—providing flexibility to accommodate varying packaging workflows. The machine automatically cuts paper, producing gap-fill cushioning from biodegradable and recyclable paper material, offering an alternative to plastic-based fillers.
“Many customers have been requesting a space-saving solution that can fit on narrow packing tables,” Ranpak stated. “The FillPak Mini is a product that answers those requests and is the perfect solution for shipping warehouses and fulfillment centers where electrification has been abandoned due to space limitations.”
Ranpak is also offering the FillPak Mini in combination with its Geami MV packaging solution for integrated packing setups. Both products will be demonstrated at the MONODZUKURI WORLD TOKYO 2025 Factory Equipment & Supplies Exhibition at Makuhari Messe, from July 9–11. The company will exhibit in Hall 8, booth 50-12.
