Reflex Group has reinforced its long-standing partnership with Nilpeter by investing in four new FA-22 flexographic printing presses. The move supports Reflex’s global expansion and aims to enhance its production capabilities across both the UK and the US.
Two of the new lines will be installed in the United States, following Reflex’s acquisition of Los Angeles-based CB Printed Technology. The other two presses will be commissioned at UK sites to support domestic operations. Some of the equipment is already operational, with the remainder scheduled to come online in the coming months.

The FA-22 presses introduce technical upgrades that enable production of a wide range of formats, including multi-layer labels, linerless options, peel-and-reveal constructions, and self-adhesive packaging. The presses also support carton applications and advanced embellishment features such as screen printing and cold foil.
One of the new presses includes a Pantec inline embellishment unit for decorative and functional finishes in a single pass.
“Our experience with Nilpeter’s service team has been exceptional,” said Ian Kendall, Founder and Chief Executive of Reflex Group. “They understand our business, they respond fast, and they stay close to the process from installation through to production.”
Reflex now operates in seven countries, employing over 1,000 people, with projected annual sales nearing £200 million.
