The US-based R&D World magazine honored SABIC in the Mechanical/Materials category for its groundbreaking resin, which introduces a novel plastic-based design as an alternative to traditional metals.

 

The award highlights SABIC’s continuous investment in technology and innovation across various industries, demonstrating its commitment to developing and delivering innovative solutions for global customers. Additionally, Bob Maughon, SABIC Executive Vice President of Technology & Innovation, was recognized as the “R&D Sustainability Innovator of the Year” in the Professional Category by R&D World.
