dubaiTaghleef Industries (Ti) has launched a new version of its CZVB Product with modifications based on user feedback. The barrier metalised CPP film is designed to offer a consistent MVTR (Moisture vapour transmission rate) of less than 0.30g/ sqm/day while maintaining high barrier levels against oxygen and light. The new version offers very low seal initiation temperature as less as 95ºC whilekeeping the high seal strength and hot tack, said Ti. The improved features enable the film to be used for common nitrogen-flushed pouching to pack snacks, powdered and bakery products. Headquartered in Dubai, Ti is one of the largest global manufacturers of biaxially oriented polypropylene films (BoPP), cast polypropylene films (CPP), biaxially oriented polylactic acid and biodegradable films (BoPLA).
