Aptar Beauty and Pinard Beauty Pack have announced the launch of their latest innovation, Future Airless PET®. This groundbreaking product represents a significant step forward in the world of packaging, offering a fully recyclable, omnichannel, and high-capacity airless packaging solution. The driving force behind this development is the combination of Aptar’s Future PE pump and Pinard’s patented Airless PET bottle-in-bottle technology.
This collaborative effort combines the expertise of both companies in airless dispensing systems and plastic bottles, resulting in a modern packaging solution catering to personal cleansing, body care, hair care, and sun care products.

Aptar’s award-winning Future pump is a mono-material PE, fully recyclable pump optimized for omnichannel use. It includes features such as a locking/unlocking ring and a 360-degree, free-spinning actuator designed to minimize potential breakage during transportation.

Pinard’s patented airless PET bottle-in-bottle technology is at the core of this innovation, providing a flexible bottle within a rigid outer container. This system ensures formula protection, compatibility with cosmetic formulas, a high restitution rate, and the ability to use the product at any angle. Furthermore, it meets the rigorous Amazon ISTA-6 protocol for e-commerce readiness. The use of PCR (post-consumer recycled) materials in both the PET bottle and PE pump enhances the product’s sustainability.
Future Airless PET offers customization options to match brand identities and boasts high-end aesthetics due to its transparent PET material, making it an appealing choice for brands looking for a distinctive presence on the shelf.
The product will be available in a 400ml bottle with a 28 Snap-on pump, and there will be an option to include a non-detachable tamper-evident system. The launch is scheduled for mid-2024.
