SIG, a leading packaging solutions provider, has unveiled the SIG DomeMini, an innovative on-the-go carton bottle designed to combine the convenience of plastic with the sustainability of carton packaging.
This compact carton pack aims to encourage consumers and beverage manufacturers to consider more eco-friendly packaging options in a world where sustainability is increasingly vital.

The SIG DomeMini is built with recycling in mind, primarily composed of FSC™-certified paperboard and produced using 100% renewable electricity. With a substantial portion of renewable, forest-based material and an efficient, space-saving design, the SIG DomeMini boasts numerous environmental benefits compared to alternatives like plastic bottles.
Consumers will find the SIG DomeMini to be ergonomic and user-friendly, especially for travelers and commuters. The centrally positioned SIG DomeMiniCap makes it easy to drink directly from the bottle, and it can be easily opened and reclosed, ensuring secure storage in bags.
The associated SIG DomeMini 12 Aseptic filling machine is capable of filling 12,000 packages per hour, offering seven different volume sizes ranging from 180 to 350 ml, with volume change taking just 15 minutes. This enhances efficiency and flexibility, providing a compelling return on investment for beverage manufacturers.
SIG’s decision to launch the small-sized SIG DomeMini carton bottle aligns with its mission to create environmentally friendly packaging solutions. The initial market introduction will take place in China, with plans for expansion to other countries.
