ProAmpac expands pet food packaging capabilities ahead of Petfood Forum 2026

ProAmpac has widened its pet food packaging lineup

ProAmpac is strengthening its position in the pet food sector with an expanded packaging portfolio, set to be showcased at Petfood Forum 2026 in Kansas City from April 27–29.

The company is advancing packaging technologies across a wide range of applications, including dry kibble, treats, freeze-dried products, retort formats and pet litter, reflecting the increasing complexity of pet food packaging requirements.

Among the highlighted solutions is the QUADFLEX® LFQ quad-seal pouch, designed for medium- to high-weight applications such as kibble, offering durability, product protection and reclosure functionality. Also featured are PRO-EVO® SOS multiwall paper bags, engineered for strength, grease resistance and shelf impact across retail environments.

ProAmpac’s broader portfolio spans multiple formats including woven bags, pouches, rollstock and multiwall paper structures, supporting both dry and moist pet food segments as well as animal feed.

The expansion reflects growing demand for packaging that combines performance, sustainability and branding across both retail and e-commerce channels. The company is positioning its material science capabilities and format flexibility to help brands respond to evolving consumer expectations and operational requirements.

With pet food manufacturers increasingly seeking solutions that balance product protection, convenience and recyclability, the development highlights continued innovation in flexible packaging formats tailored to this fast-growing segment.
