This integrated blow-fill-cap solution for PET bottles incorporates Predis™ dry preform sterilization, offering enhanced production hygiene, efficiency, and reduced operational costs through its optimized line layout and smaller footprint.

Sidel’s recent installation of a PET line for IFFCO Group, aimed at expanding condiments production capacity in Al Ain, UAE, and Baghdad, Iraq, underscores its commitment to delivering turnkey solutions. These lines feature Sidel’s advanced technologies, including the blow-fill-cap Combi solution upstream and the AQFlex® and RoboAccess robotic palletizer downstream.
Additionally, Sidel will showcase its Super Combi solution, integrating preform feeding, blowing, labeling, filling, and cap feeding into a single system, ideal for water and carbonated soft drink production. Notably, Sidel’s installation of the Super Combi for Mai Dubai in the UAE boasts remarkable speed, filling at 86,000 bottles per hour across three different formats.
Sidel will also spotlight its EvoFILL Glass and EvoFILL Can, offering advanced filling capabilities within high-level hygienic conditions, catering to beer and CSD manufacturers with exceptional speed and flexibility.
