Designed to cater to the demands of high-volume label printing with uncompromised quality, the Xeikon LX3000, affectionately known as “The LION,” makes its debut at Labelexpo Europe 2023. With a web width of 330mm, this five-color dry toner press delivers a remarkable 42 m/min operation speed, a substantial 40% increase from Xeikon’s previous 30 m/min capability. Importantly, it achieves this speed without the need for manual intervention, ensuring consistent, top-quality labels.
The standout feature of the Xeikon LX3000 is the innovative Cruise Control System. Leveraging advanced vision technology and artificial intelligence, this system continuously monitors and adjusts print production settings. Cruise Control meticulously oversees five key settings, including color registration, print station densities, and color consistency. If any deviation from the set color reference occurs, an automatic notification is generated and printed alongside the label, guiding subsequent manufacturing steps. Additionally, it provides valuable quantitative data for monitoring Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), empowering printers to optimize production workflows further.

The Xeikon LION LX3000 boasts compatibility with a wide range of self-adhesive substrates without the need for priming, while also utilizing the market’s safest food-grade toners. It maintains Xeikon’s high-quality standards with a resolution of 1200 dpi.
To underscore its commitment to sustainability, Xeikon equips the high-end LION with ECO toners, formulated with over 60% high-grade recycled PET. These ECO toners are free from fluorine, Bisphenol A (BPA), TPO, mineral oils, and are 100% vegan, addressing concerns related to food safety, health, and animal welfare.
