The interface replaces complex technical interfaces with a user-friendly dashboard, allowing operators to easily classify defects into different categories (such as accidental, technological, decoration-OCR, measures, or specific) and identify their origins. In addition to identifying and highlighting defects, the dashboard generates quality statistics, enabling operators to promptly analyze data and identify any issues.
The major advantage of Classy AI lies in its ability to recognize not only individual defects but also their origins within different defect “families.” This empowers operators to efficiently manage the production line, filtering alarms and involving expert technicians only when necessary.
